Overview
In this role you help global clients turn digital visions into reality by shaping transformation programs and IT architectures. You’ll lead small, agile teams in strategic IT implementations, establish DevOps and CI/CD practices, and ensure cyber resilience. You’ll design AI-enabled architectures and integrate AI into client solutions, leveraging cloud, microservices, and legacy experience. This opportunity combines tech leadership with cross-border collaboration to create real business impact.

- Lead small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs
- Establish modern DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Drive technical implementation of crucial digital requirements such as cyber resilience
- Analyze, develop, and optimize IT architectures including cloud computing, microservices, and legacy systems
- Design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures and integrate AI into client solutions
- Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline
- ≥2 years of experience in IT consulting or software development
- Knowledge that ML, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI and robotics are essential to sustainable IT architectures
- Initial hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures
- Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends
- Comfort in interdisciplinary, global teams and willingness to travel
- Proficiency in German and English
