Overview
In this role you help multinational clients transform SAP landscapes, focusing on S/4HANA migrations and SAP BTP implementations. You lead end-to-end data migration design, coordinating on-site and offshore teams to deliver measurable operational improvements. You’ll design, extend and integrate SAP solutions and support large ERP migration initiatives. You’ll work in a diverse team in Basel/Zurich, with opportunities to grow through mentoring and hands-on learning.

- Act as Technical Lead Architect for end-to-end data migration design and deployment across ERP projects
- Drive the migration solution design for all relevant data objects using SAP Advanced Data Migration by Syniti
- Coordinate technical activities between onsite and offshore teams and perform quality reviews of artifacts
- Design and implement Project Management Dashboards and Data Validation KPI reports within the migration framework
- Develop and integrate customer applications and extend SAP standard solutions
- Support clients from conceptual design through to successful operational implementation
- Contribute to sub-project management tasks within new implementation scopes
- Experience with S/4HANA or SAP BTP in large-scale projects
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end SAP migration programs
- Expertise in SAP Advanced Data Migration by Syniti
- Strong technical coordination and quality review skills
- Ability to design dashboards and KPIs for data migration quality and validation
- Experience with integration of multiple software solutions in ERP environments
