Procurement Specialist - Indirect Materials & Services

In this role you will support indirect procurement and category management across services and IT. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize quality, cost, and delivery, contributing to daily operations and savings targets. You help shape supplier relationships, master data, and the end-to-end Source-to-Pay cycle. You join a global, values-driven team focused on integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Lead RFQs and manage quotations, including price clarifications
• Support negotiations in collaboration with Category Management
• Create, manage and track purchase orders for services and IT
• Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships
• Assess potential new suppliers and contribute to supplier evaluations
• Maintain accurate article and supplier master data in ERP
• Take ownership of a defined operational procurement scope
• Contribute to improving processes along the Source-to-Pay cycle

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field
• A few years of experience in operational procurement, ideally in services and/or IT
• Strong ERP skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics / D365 is an asset
• Structured, organized approach and solid process understanding
• Confident communication and stakeholder-management capability
• Analytical, solution-driven and proactive working style
• Fluent English; German skills strongly preferred
