Overview
In this role you drive controls transformation projects within Deloitte’s Controls Transformation team, helping clients optimize internal control frameworks using SAP S/4HANA and other ERP capabilities. You will lead engagements from scoping to delivery, advise on leveraging ERP functionalities for compliance, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to advance market offerings. The position offers rapid growth in a dynamic, globally connected firm with a focus on transformation and compliance. You will shape client outcomes by applying technology to strengthen control environments and drive business performance.

- Advise clients on controls enhancement opportunities leveraging ERP functionalities (SAP S/4HANA)
- Support clients in transforming internal controls frameworks while maintaining compliance
- Lead projects end-to-end including scoping, program and team selection, delivery, risk and quality management
- Support SAP Internal Controls go-to-market initiatives and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to develop new market offerings
- Inspire, develop and coach the team
- Collaborate to shape the future of compliance and controls transformation journeys
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP controls transformation or ERP audit projects
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and its new functionalities for compliance and internal controls
- Familiarity with automated controls in ERP configurations
- Strong knowledge of core business processes (PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax, HR) and related risk concepts
- In-depth experience in internal controls design, remediation, and implementation
- Fluency in English; German would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and advisory skills
