• Advanced degree (PhD) for Junior Consultant
• Advanced degree (MBA) & minimal two years of relevant working experience for Consultant
• Master’s degree including four to six years of relevant working experience for Consultant
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability in critical thinking and solution creation
• Agility in shifting between various projects and teams
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an asset
