Lead, Cyber Resilience

In this role you drive cyber resilience initiatives within the Centre for Cybersecurity, focusing on critical infrastructure sectors. You will lead cross-industry exchanges, grow a diverse participant base, and shape thought leadership on governance, readiness and security. You’ll leverage the Forum’s digital knowledge tools to raise awareness and craft insights for audiences through white papers and reports. This position requires close collaboration with Forum colleagues and external partners to advance public-private cybersecurity action.

• Scale cyber resilience initiatives in critical infrastructure sectors
• Design and execute cross-industry exchanges to build ecosystems of action
• Build relationships and grow initiative participants across public and private sectors
• Develop consensus and thought leadership on cyber resilience elements (governance, readiness, supply chain security)
• Utilize the Forum’s digital knowledge tools (e.g., Transformation Maps) to raise awareness
• Shape session designs for Centre and Forum events and produce insights for white papers, infographics, and reports
• Support strategic delivery of the CISO Community by planning and executing activities
• Collaborate with Centre colleagues, other Forum centers, and the Global Industries team
• Engage a broad range of external stakeholders including business partners and academia

• Master's degree
• 8-10 years’ work experience in cybersecurity or technology domains
• Excellent presentation, community-building and facilitation skills
• Efficiency in use of knowledge tools and products
• Strategic thinking with ability to identify trends
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
• Excellent English verbal and written skills; other languages a plus
