In this role you help clients transform their HR functions by implementing leading HR technology platforms and shaping future-ready operating models. You will work within the HR Strategy & Technology practice to translate client needs into scalable tech solutions and build trusted, cross-functional partnerships. You’ll contribute to high-impact HR transformation projects and stay current on industry trends. - Drive HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud)
- Translate client HR challenges into effective tech and process solutions
- Build and nurture client relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with expert teams to deliver integrated HR transformation solutions
- Develop HR technology expertise and stay updated on best practices and trends
- Contribute to thought leadership and innovation in HR transformation
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Understanding of HR processes, systems, and organizational dynamics
- Interest in HR information systems, data management, and tech-enabled transformation
- Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud or similar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with clients and teams
- Fluency in English and German; other languages a plus
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally
- Knowledge or experience in AI applications in HR is a plus
