Lead Forward Deployed Engineer

In this role, you will lead the design, build, and deployment of agentic AI experiences inside large enterprises. You’ll steer a delivery pod, collaborating with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready solutions from day one. You’ll mentor engineers, drive complex technical deliveries, and articulate customer challenges as actionable AI solutions. This is a hands-on, leadership role at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise transformation.

• Design and build end-to-end AI agent solutions, from architecture decisions to production deployment and observability
• Create and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms; monitor deployment health and outcomes
• Lead PoCs and MVPs that move quickly from concept to deployable solutions in collaboration with customers and partners
• Act as a senior technical voice, identifying platform gaps and mentoring junior engineers, while translating customer challenges into shippable agentic solutions

• 7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with multiple production systems, preferably in an AI tech stack or LLMs at scale
• Extensive customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering)
• Fluency in two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering; strong data modeling, APIs, and integration skills; able to lead technical discussions with architects and executives
• Proficiency in English and at least one of German or French; willingness to travel ~25%
