Overview
In this role you will evaluate, develop and qualify suppliers for injection molding, collaborating with procurement and engineering to drive quality and supply chain resilience. You will analyze supplier data to spot trends, coordinate internal and customer audits, and manage supplier complaints. You will support material development and oversee quality management systems to ensure performance. Expect substantial supplier visits and cross-functional interaction within a global, innovative chemical company.

- Evaluate and develop potential, new, and existing injection molding suppliers
- Analyze supplier data to identify trends and risk migration strategies
- Coordinate internal and customer audits at supplier sites
- Own supplier complaint management
- Collaborate with procurement and engineering to assess/qualify new suppliers
- Support development/improvement of injection molding materials
- Oversee and improve management systems to ensure quality performance
- Travel to suppliers 30–50% of the time
- Degree in chemistry or related chemical field or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in quality management within the automotive industry and with VDA 6.3
- Familiarity with Automotive Core Tools would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills (internal/external)
- Team player with the ability to assert oneself when necessary
- Fluent in German and English; French or other languages would be an advantage
