Overview
In this role you drive the data migration strategy and end‑to‑end governance for Program Phoenix and future transformation initiatives. You coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and process owners to ensure clean, compliant data and a seamless cutover to SAP S/4HANA. The role blends data management, technical execution and stakeholder governance in a global setting. You shape long‑term data lifecycle concepts and establish standard practices for ongoing programs.

- Define and govern the overall data migration strategy for Phoenix and future initiatives
- Lead end‑to‑end planning, coordination and execution oversight of data migration across all workstreams
- Establish migration methodologies, templates, quality gates, reconciliation procedures and readiness criteria
- Drive data extraction, profiling, cleansing, enrichment, validation and migration with business and technical teams
- Define and oversee mock loads, migration testing, dress rehearsals and production migration activities
- Coordinate data ownership across stakeholders and partners
- Identify, track and resolve migration risks, dependencies, quality issues and data compliance
- Define and execute the integrated cutover plan with business, IT and partners
- Lead cutover execution and deployment readiness for SAP S/4HANA
- Govern hypercare, issue resolution, stabilization and business continuity
- Provide executive reporting, dashboards and decision support for leadership and Steering Committees
- Build and improve long‑term data migration capabilities, standards, templates and best practices
- Define long‑term data lifecycle and Run responsibilities beyond Phoenix, including archiving and shared landscapes across China and Switzerland
- 5+ years in data migration within large ERP or digital transformation programs
- SAP transformation experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of data migration methodologies, governance, tooling and reconciliation
- Experience with end‑to‑end data lifecycle (extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, cutover)
- Stakeholder coordination across multiple functions and countries
- Strong understanding of SAP master data domains (customers, suppliers, materials, finance, manufacturing)
- Experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SNP or similar tools
- Project management, planning and risk management capabilities
- Analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
- Experience in international, cross‑functional environments
