SAP PM Consultant (m/f/d)

In this role, you lead a full-scope SAP PM deployment at a greenfield site, shaping maintenance processes and data models. You work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and integrate SAP PM with other modules, ensuring smooth testing, migration, and go-live. You’ll drive requirements, workshops, and cutover activities, delivering training and enabling business adoption. Your impact spans from technical design to user-ready operations, contributing to scalable maintenance capabilities.

• Lead end-to-end SAP PM implementation at a greenfield site, including object hierarchy design and full maintenance lifecycle configuration
• Facilitate requirements gathering and design workshops; perform fit-gap and produce functional specifications (RICEFW, data models, governance)
• Configure SAP PM and coordinate integrations with MM, FI/CO, HR, PP, QM, and mobile/reporting solutions; guide ABAP development and interfaces
• Plan and execute data migration and testing; define migration strategy, support UAT, manage defects, ensure traceability
• Drive training, cutover, and hypercare; deliver role-based training, prepare cutover runbook, support go-live, enable business adoption
