Manufacturing Specialist Roasting

In this role you support Nestlé’s coffee factories with technical expertise to keep operations safe, high-quality, and efficient. You will collaborate with factory teams, market teams, product technology, engineering, and suppliers to drive innovation and strengthen manufacturing performance. This position offers opportunities to develop specialty roasting capabilities, contribute to capacity projects, and scale technology deployment across sites. You’ll help build factory capabilities through training and knowledge sharing while delivering measurable improvements.

• Provide technical support to coffee factories to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and environmental performance
• Drive innovation by applying manufacturing knowledge to new products, processes and technologies
• Develop and maintain manufacturing standards for consistent technology deployment across factories
• Build factory capabilities through training, workshops, and knowledge sharing networks
• Improve factory performance via process optimization, technical assistance, and operational excellence initiatives
• Support capacity projects, line qualification, and technology deployment with manufacturing input

• Strong coffee manufacturing know-how, especially roasting, processing technologies, food safety and quality
• Ability to support factory operations, product trials, process optimization, and continuous improvement
• Use of manufacturing standards and digital tools to build capability across factory networks
• Cross-functional collaboration with clear communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment
• Fluent English; demonstrates courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning
