Our 5* Grand Hotel Belvedere by Beaumier, has been welcoming guests from all over the world in the heart of the Jungfrau village of Wengen.

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Supervisor to join our Restaurant team for the winter season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, well-experienced with fine dining, and committed to maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and representing the values of our hotel.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant and service team.

• Ensure the highest standards of the company, guest satisfaction and luxury service.

• Lead, motivate, and support team members during daily operations.

• Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally.

• Assist with staff training and performance monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel quality standards.

• Previous experience as a Service Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar supervisory role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with all hotel departments.

• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment maintaining the standards.

• Fluent German or French and English
