Overview
In this role you will support end-to-end logistics performance for multiple brands across inbound, warehousing and transport. You will work with 3PL providers, the accounting team, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, cost-efficient, and quality metrics. You will build and automate dashboards to monitor costs and performance, enabling data-driven decisions. This part-time position offers hybrid work in Bussigny, Switzerland and appeals to those who want to contribute to operational excellence in a global consumer goods company.

- End-to-end performance monitoring for logistics activities
- Build, maintain and report inbound, warehousing and transport KPI/SLA by channel, warehouse and brand
- Lead monthly KPI/SLA performance reviews for inbound, warehouse and transport
- Lead monthly cost reviews for inbound, warehousing and transport by channel, warehouse and brand
- Develop views on specific spend areas for projects or situations
- Support inbound, warehousing and transport budgeting and quarterly reforecast
- Escalate late or inaccurate invoices; recover/credit incorrect charges
- Ensure cost center alignment between 3PL and accounting
- Provide data-driven support for end-to-end cost and performance decisions
- 2+ years in logistics or supply chain analysis or coordination
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Data analysis and cost modeling experience
- Ability to develop cost-to-serve models for decision support
- Fluency in English; French a plus
- Authorized to work in Switzerland; no sponsorship
