Overview
In this role you build and scale AI solutions that drive measurable business value within a global Healthcare and Life Sciences organization. You will work at the intersection of AI engineering, data science, and process design to industrialize intelligent systems. You collaborate with data scientists, process designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable outcomes while upholding responsible AI and compliance standards. This position offers hands-on creation of production-grade AI, with impact on operations and patient-centered outcomes.

- Design, prototype, deploy, and improve Agentic AI solutions and reusable orchestration frameworks from concept to production
- Align automation pipelines with business priorities while enforcing responsible AI principles and compliance (including GxP)
- Partner with Data Scientists, process designers, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated, scalable solutions
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and empower citizen developers via internal AI Community of Practice
- 3+ years in AI/ML solution development
- 1–2 years focused on Agentic AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation
- Strong Python proficiency
- Deep expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and scalable architectures
- Experience in regulated industries (pharma, manufacturing) is a plus
