Overview

In this role you will lead the design and enhancement of Treasury exposure analytics, risk methodologies, and performance measurement to support informed decision-making. You’ll partner with Treasury, Technology, and Data Engineering to build scalable analytics and robust governance. You drive management reporting, validate data quality, and ensure controls align with regulatory and policy standards. This is a strategic role shaping Treasury analytics across a global organization, with a focus on data-driven insights and robust risk management.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Design and improve Treasury exposure analytics and risk methodologies across FX, rates, liquidity, and counterparty credit risk
  • Develop and maintain risk metrics, scenario analyses, sensitivity measures, and stress testing frameworks
  • Deliver analytics-driven management reporting and actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Define data requirements and calculation logic; collaborate with Treasury Data Engineer to build scalable TRDB solutions
  • Validate data and outputs for completeness, accuracy, traceability, and readiness for quantitative analysis
  • Create dashboards and automated analytical workflows using Power BI, Python, R, and VBA
  • Ensure methodologies, reporting processes, and controls comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Document methodologies, models, controls, and reporting processes for governance and regulatory reviews
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Econometrics, Financial Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative/financial discipline
  • Significant experience in Treasury, Financial Risk Management, or quantitative analytics
  • Deep understanding of FX, interest rate, liquidity, and counterparty credit risk and their impact on valuation and financial results
  • Experience with quantitative analysis, financial modeling, valuation, stress testing, and performance metrics
  • Advanced programming and analytics skills with Power BI, Python, R, VBA
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems and market data platforms
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting relevant to Treasury
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making skills with emphasis on quality and controls
