Overview
In this role you will lead the Manufacturing Excellence strategy for Formulation, Filling & Packing (FF&P) within the Syngenta Production System. You will partner with FF&P manufacturing leaders to build capabilities that improve cost efficiency, quality, and production performance across sites. The role focuses on executing SPS-aligned programs, standardizing operations, and driving continuous improvement with agility. Your work will influence long-term production availability, capacity, and reliability, delivering measurable impact for customers and the business. - 5+ years in a relevant scientific or engineering field with manufacturing experience
- BS/MS in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Chemical Sciences (or a related 5-year technical degree)
- Strong project/program management and change/operations management experience
- Experience leading large, complex initiatives and building manufacturing capability
- Ability to develop, coach, and teach others to deliver change
- Functional expertise in production performance, maintenance, and Lean leadership
- Data interpretation and presentation of complex data
- Strong communication, credibility, and stakeholder influence
- Fluent English; travel up to 50%
