Cloud Engagement Leader - Microsoft Business Group (Life Sciences and Healthcare domain)

In this Senior Cloud Leadership role, you own the Microsoft cloud business within your portfolio, driving cloud-enabled transformations for Life Sciences and Healthcare clients in Switzerland. You will partner with EPAM leadership, delivery teams, Microsoft stakeholders, and client executives to shape, close, and expand engagements around AI, data, cloud modernization, and application innovation. You’ll own bookings and revenue closure while coordinating across Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery to ensure sustainable growth. This position combines business acumen with technical credibility to steer co-selling, co-delivery, and cloud engagement programmes, delivering measurable impact.

• Own and grow the Microsoft cloud business within the assigned portfolio
• Initiate, shape, close and expand Microsoft cloud transformation engagements
• Guide clients on AI, data, cloud modernization and application innovation strategies
• Take ownership of bookings and revenue closure
• Act as a strategic coordinator across Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery
• Build executive relationships and promote best practices across co-selling and co-delivery
• Lead the portfolio as a business and drive sustainable, scalable growth

• Senior leadership experience with revenue ownership
• Proven track record in driving cloud transformation engagements
• Experience with Microsoft cloud and cloud modernization strategies
• Strong ability to build executive relationships and influence client decision-makers
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Practices, and Delivery
• Industry experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare is highly desirable
