Senior Relationship Manager-Multi-Family Offices

As a Senior Relationship Manager for EAMs and MFOs in Switzerland, you drive private banking growth by building trusted client partnerships and delivering HSBC solutions across the product platform. You lead revenue and AUM expansion while managing risk within a high-performance, collaborative team. You will connect clients to HSBC’s breadth of capabilities and contribute to sustainable returns for the Group. • Grow revenues and assets by increasing AUM and net new money inflows
• Meet revenue, product alignment, client satisfaction and cost targets
• Originates new opportunities via referrals from existing clients and networks
• Provide full-service banking solutions including credit and product marketing
• Increase share of wallet by coordinating with product specialists to meet client needs
• Manage risk and controls with strong risk assessment, compliance, and timely audit closure

• Banking sector experience with EAM/MFO clients
• Proven track record in business development, assets growth and revenue generation
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Financial and statistical analysis capability
• Knowledge of Swiss banking and regulatory environment
• Experience in client relationship management and sales initiatives
• Collaborative team player with feedback culture
• Strong commercial judgement for business cases and senior stakeholder engagement
• Internal networking skills across the Group to deliver client outcomes
• Fluent in English and French; German a plus
• Swiss or EU citizen or valid Swiss work permit
