Autonomous Driving Technical Lead
Description du poste
Overview
In this Lead role, you drive the development and integration of a Level 4 autonomous driving software stack within a partner’s development ecosystem. You shape technical decisions, review architecture and interfaces, and guide risk-driven solutions that are production-ready and safety-critical. You’ll prototype approaches, verify performance, and lead design and code reviews to ensure robust, scalable software across perception, localization, and planning. This is a hands-on position influencing end-to-end delivery and on-site vehicle testing in Switzerland.
Verantwortungsbereiche- Analyze cross-functional issues in the autonomous driving stack using code, logs, sensor data, and simulations to identify problems across algorithmic, software, and hardware domains.
- Develop evaluation criteria and evidence-based solution options considering feasibility, risks, and system impact.
- Create prototypes to validate approaches before implementation and verification.
- Provide technical direction by translating objectives into actionable engineering tasks.
- Review architecture, algorithms, interfaces, and development outcomes for robustness and production readiness.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early to enable sustainable resolution.
