Overview
In this role you drive the development and industrialization of innovative beverage systems from idea to launch, partnering with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver scalable solutions. You will lead technical trials, validate data, and develop robust documentation and methods. You will provide hands-on guidance, perform root-cause analysis, and accelerate collaboration across research, development, and industrialization. This position offers hands-on impact at scale within Nestlé’s coffee and beverages platform.

- Lead the development and industrialization of innovative beverage systems meeting quality, timing, and cost targets
- Drive technical trials, validation testing, and data interpretation to turn concepts into reliable solutions
- Create robust technical documentation, test traceability, and laboratory methods for informed decision making
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve system performance
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to accelerate cross-functional collaboration
- Explore new technologies and competitive insights to strengthen future beverage system innovation
- Expertise in product development, system development, and industrialization of engineered consumer products
- Deep knowledge of beverage dispensing systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, prototyping, and machine production methods
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, quality and testing methodologies
- Ability to collaborate with technical experts, project teams, suppliers, and external partners in complex environments
- Fluent in English; French and/or German is a plus
