For one of our clients active in real estate and based in Geneva, we are looking for a: Property Accountant M/F Fixed position, 100% activity rate Property Accountant M/F MISSION DESCRIPTION Numerical control of available owners' accounts Management accounts for buildings and isolated lots Separate cash management Reporting and budgets Various accounting tasks Specific PPE management: Current accounts of co-owners Calls in case of delay Management of the business fund or equivalent title Experience in a similar position in property management desired Excellent command of French (oral and written) Good command of tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of Quorum software: rigorous, autonomous, priority management Ability to work in a team jid6462c4aaen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
