Numerous services across various lines of business are available!To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Private Client Advisor at 100% for our branch in Porrentruy.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage and proactively develop a client portfolio composed of a diverse clientele (private and commercial), assisting them in the current management of their accounts. You are comfortable in client contact and have knowledge in banking and various topics such as: - Basic banking tasks, including providing information about accounts and opening accounts, processing card orders, etc.;- Providing quality advice on pension schemes (3a account and vested benefits account);- Advising our clients on investments;- Supporting clients in their digital solutions available (e-Banking, Mobile Banking).Profile- Commercial employee training, ideally in banking or an equivalent commercial field;- Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in the Swiss banking or financial sector;- Strong client orientation and ability to establish trust-based relationships;- Good knowledge of financial products and regulations in force;- Proactivity, flexibility, rigor;- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and autonomy.BenefitsA dynamic and stimulating work environment within a local bank.
