The Sushi Chef reports to the Head Banquet Chef. /p , pstrongAs Sushi Chef, you will responsible for the following duties: /strong /p ulli pEnsure that our offerings are stylish, thoughtful, surprising and delivered with attention to detail. /p /li li pCutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish. /p /li li pTaking responsibility for the management of your kitchen station, ensuring efficient and seamless workflow while strictly adhering to quality and hygiene standards. /p /li li pEnsuring flawless preparation, quality, and appealing presentation of our dishes in accordance with MOHG standards. /p /li li pPreparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety. /p /li li pEnsuring that food waste is kept to a minimum. /p /li li pProviding creative support in the development of new food concepts. /p /li li pCoordinating with your supervisor for inventory requisition and overseeing daily goods receipt. /p /li li pBeing responsible for the daily control of hygiene regulations and cleanliness according to HACCP guidelines. /p /li /ul, pstrongOur commitment to you: /strong /p ulli pLearning Development.
