The Chef de Partie reports to the Banquet Sous Chef and Banquet Head Chef. /p , pstrongAs Banquet Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following tasks: /strong /p ulli pTaking responsibility for the management of your kitchen station, ensuring efficient and seamless workflow while strictly adhering to quality and hygiene standards /p /li li pEnsuring flawless preparation, quality, and appealing presentation of our dishes in accordance with our high standards /p /li li pEnsuring that food waste is kept to a minimum /p /li li pProviding creative support in the development of new food concepts /p /li li pCoordinating with your supervisor for inventory requisition and overseeing daily goods receipt /p /li li pBeing responsible for the daily control of hygiene regulations and cleanliness according to HACCP guidelines /p /li /ul, pstrongOur commitment to you: /strong /p ulli pLearning Development. Are you? /strong /p , pstrongAs Banquet Chef de Partie, we expect from you: /strong /p ulli pA completed apprenticeship as a chef. 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in upscale hospitality/gastronomy /p /li li pFlexibility and resilience – your position includes weekend and holiday shifts /p /li li pAn eye for detail and creativity – to incorporate your culinary signature /p /li li pExcellent communication skills, teamwork, and organizational abilities /p /li li pStrong leadership skills to manage your own station /p /li li pHigh commitment, with a structured, results-oriented, and independent working style /p /li li pA strong sense of quality /p /li li pVery good English skills.
