• Maintain, configure, and enhance SAP S/4HANA CO processes
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process harmonization
• Contribute to and support SAP S/4HANA rollout projects
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management accounting and controlling functions
• Provide second-level support and guidance to key users
• Organize and lead training sessions and workshops to promote effective system usage
• Collaborate with external service providers and participate in Change Advisory Board discussions
• Ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements and IT governance policies
• Support security and authorization management within the SAP environment
• Degree in Computer Science , Business Informatics , or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in SAP consulting or SAP in-house support
• Strong knowledge of SAP Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, with a focus on SAP CO and Material Ledger
• Familiarity with SAP integration in the R2R-CO domain
• Experience in project management considered an asset
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvements
• Fluency in English and German ; additional language skills are an advantage
