About the Role
The Tax Manager is responsible for providing and coordinating Swiss and international advice with respect to corporate income tax and VAT, and other tax matters relating to charitable foundations and related worldwide operating grant-giving organisations. This role supports the tax team and develops tax-efficient strategies for philanthropic activities whilst ensuring adherence to complex international tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions. The role reports to the Head of Tax.
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate Swiss and international advice on cross-border corporate income tax and VAT issues as well as all other kinds of relevant taxes, partly utilising third‑party advisors depending on the countries involved
- Prepare or review required Swiss tax filings (income and capital taxes, withholding tax, stamp duty, VAT) for the organisation in compliance with applicable guidelines and deadlines
