A reputable Trust company in Zurich is looking for an experienced Trust Administrator.

Responsibilites:

  • To be autonomous and have knowledges for administrative activities for international financial, holding and real estate companies, trusts and foundations
  • To support and advice international clients and contact (usually in English or German) with contacts in relation with mandates
  • To know how to handle administrative tasks and to make sure of the quality of the compliance with business and law related guidelines
  • Capturing, monitoring and managing customer informations via our virtual system
  • To participate internally to project work in relation with customer

Requirements:

  • Federal Certificate of Professional Expertise in Trust Management, Economics or comparable training
  • Complete STEP training (TEP completion)
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a Trust or related services for High-Net-Worth Individuals
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset, service and team spirit and professional resiliency
  • Reliable, aware and efficient are qualities absolutely needed
  • Fluent German and very good English skills are necessary
