Senior Donor Relationship Officer - Zurich

We look for trained health professionals who...

• Hold a higher-level degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in the areas of communications, marketing, journalism, fundraising, photography and/or video production
• Possess excellent verbal communication and writing skills, networking skills, and have a keen eye for storytelling
• Preferably have previous experience in social media, media relations, proposal writing, fundraising (especially digital marketing), and with CRMs (preferably Salesforce)
• Possess training and skills in project management, budget management, and people management—especially the training and empowering of other staff
• Are skilled at gathering, sorting, and prioritising information

In collaboration with the Engagement team, maintain, sustain and develop Medair’s donor relationships with Swiss and global mass and middle donors, being “the voice of the donor” providing optimal and timely donor customer care service (including “thank you management”), thus helping increase credibility and loyalty.
