New Ventures Group AG is a Zurich-based venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments (pre‑seed & seed). We invest in innovative startups and support founding teams not only with capital, but also with strategic, financial and operational expertise.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, maintain and strategically develop relationships with family offices, venture capital investors and wealth management firms
- Actively acquire and manage HNW/UHNW investors as well as institutional relationships
- Position New Ventures Group AG within the Swiss and international investor ecosystem
- Develop and execute the business development and fundraising strategy
- Work closely with management, the investment team and external partners
- Represent the company at events, conferences and within relevant networks
- Support the structuring and placement of investment products and syndications
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong and well‑established network across family offices, VCs and wealth management
- Proven access to HNW and UHNW investors
- Experience in venture capital, ideally with a focus on early‑stage startups
- Entrepreneurial, sales‑driven mindset combined with strategic thinking
- University or applied sciences degree is a plus, but not required
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- High level of self‑motivation, strong closing ability and enthusiasm for a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
