Head of Product Orchestration
Private Flight is an international technology company delivering innovative software and process solutions for the aviation industry. The company has a clear vision and purpose and currently operates a world-leading Catering Management Platform across more than 170 countries. As we expand into our next phase with Koralis — a Flight Service Orchestration platform — we continue to build a category-defining global business. This requires clarity, structure, and exceptional execution.
We are seeking a Head of Product Orchestration (HPO) / Product Architect to join our motivated and professional multi-cultural team. This exciting role is a key part of replacing traditional sprint-based management with a Product Flow Cadence Model , to ensure work progresses through structured stages of clarity, design, build, and quality control. Our Principal thought is Clarity creates speed, and Speed creates advantage.
The Role
The role of Head of Product Orchestration is a CEO-adjacent position working with a highly dynamic and collaborative team across Switzerland, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our product is structured, built, and delivered.
This role acts as the central product “control tower”, translating CEO‑led product vision into structured, executable systems and ensuring alignment across product, design, and engineering.
This role is fully office‑based in Zug, Switzerland, and requires close, daily interaction with the CEO, as well as collaboration across global teams. Some international travel may be required. Applicants who are not willing or able to be office‑based will not be considered.
Responsibilities
The primary focus of the Head of Product Orchestration is to ensure that all product development is clear, aligned, structured, and executed to a high standard, enabling continuous flow, speed, coherence, and commercial impact.
As Head of Product Orchestration, you will be responsible for translating CEO‑led product direction into clear, structured product requirements, including end‑to‑end user journeys, system logic, workflows, and feature definitions. You will ensure that all work entering design and development is fully defined, eliminating ambiguity and enabling efficient execution.
You will act as the single integration point across product, design, and engineering, aligning teams across Switzerland (control tower) and APAC (execution engine and support functions). You will ensure that CEO priorities, technical execution, and design outputs are fully aligned, removing conflicting interpretations and maintaining a unified product direction.
You will oversee execution quality and delivery, ensuring that all outputs meet a high standard of completeness, consistency, and alignment with defined requirements. This includes managing rapid iteration cycles, enforcing execution standards, and constructively challenging incomplete or misaligned work.
In addition, you will structure and prioritize the product roadmap, feature sequencing, and execution priorities, ensuring that all product outputs are directly linked to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer value.
As a key extension of the CEO, you will prepare structured product briefs and decision frameworks, clearly outlining options and trade‑offs. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, increasing decision velocity and ensuring that product development scales effectively as the company grows.
