Tasks

• Customize Abacus software for Swiss SMEs based on their needs.
• Take ownership of client projects with team support.
• Conduct workshops and training for clients’ employees.
• Help Swiss SMEs tailor Abacus software to their needs and individual processes.
• Take responsibility for your project or client mandate.
• Collaborate with customers to analyze processes, record needs, and document them.
• Implement the customized software solution at the customer, often on site.
• Organize and conduct workshops and user training for customers.

Skills and Strengths

• Open to career changers; a commercial or technical background is preferred.
• Strong interest in IT and digitalization opportunities; fascination for process optimization.
• Quick grasp of concepts, enthusiasm for learning new solutions, and ambition to understand customers’ businesses.
• Experience with Abacus or other ERP systems is a plus (not required).
• Positive, uncomplicated attitude and a sense of humor.
