We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team in Zürich (Headquarter) as soon as possible.

You'll take full ownership of customer accounts throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing relationship management. Alongside your success activities, you'll also play an active role in customer support, helping to resolve issues and ensure a consistently great experience. You'll be the trusted point of contact for our customers, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform and feel supported every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing

  • Guide customers through the onboarding journey, including setup, configuration, and train-the-trainer sessions
  • Own and manage assigned customer accounts post-signing, building strong, lasting relationships
  • Identify opportunities for growth, adoption, and renewal, collaborating with Sales on upsell initiatives
  • Deliver tailored training sessions to meet individual customer needs
  • Communicate with customers in a timely, clear, and professional manner, in both English and German
  • Provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution
  • Contribute product expertise to support the wider team as needed
  • Prioritize customer interactions and tasks based on
