Job Responsibilities
- Lead a specialized team of AI‑native software engineering and test automation experts.
- Define and drive the global strategy for AI‑driven development, establishing engineering standards and clear adoption roadmaps.
- Spearhead the organizational and people transformation, evolving developer roles, team structures, and workflows to leverage AI‑augmented capabilities.
- Establish robust governance and quality frameworks for AI‑assisted development, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and code review standards.
- Design and implement comprehensive change management programs to build internal capabilities across international engineering hubs.
- Measure and communicate the impact of the transformation using KPIs related to developer productivity, delivery speed, and overall engineering maturity.
Job Requirements – Must‑haves
- University degree (Master’s level preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in senior ICT/Software Engineering roles.
- 4-6 years of proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex engineering functions.
- 4-6 years of experience within the banking or financial services industry.
- Expert‑level proficiency in modern SDLC practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, and SAFe frameworks.
- Deep expertise in AI‑powered development tools, LLM training, and the creation of markdown artifacts.
- Proven track record in driving large‑scale organizational transformations and reshaping operating models.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and moderation skills with the ability to inspire cross‑functional teams.
- Professional fluency in English.
Nice‑to‑haves
- 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in developing or orchestrating AI agents and working with tools like Claude Code.
- Proficiency in German.
- Established background in DevSecOps practices and security/compliance governance.
