Team Lead, CS Quotation

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quotation officers for Southeast Asia, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Oversee the customer end-to-end quotation process in contributing to sales turnover.
• Monitor team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet the order revenue and turnover of orders.
• Handle incoming customer requests professionally, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of issues.
• Build Level 1 competency in spare parts identification for assigned BUs, supported by 2nd-level Technical Advisors and BA/BU (Global/Region) teams during the quotation process.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in technical quotation environment; with 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or similar education background.
• Basic knowledge machinery and familiar with MRO.
• IT savvy, proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of SAP/CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP (SD Module, Stock, Purchasing)).
